This year, we expect 500 attendees, including women, men, and children, with a median income of $78,000, offering a strong customer base. Our audience spans 35% from Southern Utah, 25% from other parts of Utah, and 40% from across the U.S. and Canada. The primary age range is 21 to 60, with dedicated activities for those with children under 8 at our Children's Pavilion.
Additionally, Springdale and Zion National Park see an average of 10,000-20,000 tourists per day during the festival season. The Vendor Village is open to the public, meaning you’ll have access not only to festival-goers but also to the constant stream of visitors exploring the area.

- Dates: Zion Yoga Fest 2025 will take place from May 1 to May 4 at Town Park in Springdale, Utah.
- Vendor Village Hours: Setup begins on Friday, May 2 at 11:00 AM, with takedown on Sunday, May 4 at 3:00 PM. The Vendor Village will be open Friday afternoon, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning through early afternoon. All vendors and sponsors must check in from 11:00am-1:00 pm on Friday.
- Vendor Spot Approval: Your vendor spot will only be confirmed once your application is approved and the vendor fee is collected.
- Registration Deadline: The deadline for vendor and sponsor registration is April 1, 2025.
- Marketing Collateral Deadline: All marketing materials for sponsors and vendors must be submitted by April 15, 2025, to ensure inclusion in event promotions. This includes printed signs, flyers, and swag bag products.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will incur a $200 fee. Cancellations made after the 60-day period are non-refundable.
- Important Note: Electrical power is not provided for vendor booths, and the use of generators or sound equipment is strictly prohibited. However, food trucks are permitted to use generators, provided they are fully enclosed to minimize both noise and gas pollution, ensuring a peaceful and clean festival environment.
