In the event of a legal dispute, participant agrees that the dispute must be resolved through arbitration and that its sole and exclusive venue shall be in Washington County, in the State of Utah.
I, my heirs or legal representatives forever agree to release and discharge all instructors, officers and agents of Zion Yoga Fest, LLC. and their assigns from any and all claims or causes of action known or unknown arising out of any act of negligence arising from my participation in their courses.
