We're partnering with Yoga Forward in 2025!

Yoga Forward is a community service program dedicated to sharing the healing benefits of yoga and mindfulness with those in need. We serve incarcerated individuals at the Utah State Correctional Facility, students and teachers in schools, residents of shelters, and cancer patients among others; empowering them to find inner peace and resilience in the face of their challenges.

A portion of profits from ZYWF 2025 will be going to Yoga Forward to support them in their mission to bring yoga to the places where it isn't.  Yoga Forward is a catalyst for a social, charitable, and humanitarian ripple effect.

LOCATION

Join us in gorgeous Springdale, Utah

Less than a 1 min drive to Zion National Park.  Springdale is nestled in the same canyon as Zion National Park with incredible views of Zion cliffs, hikes, trails, and exploring. The festival is surrounded by the same canyon that begins Zion National Park, you can actually walk to the Zion National Park gate entrance from the festival grounds!  

​ZYWF is mostly outdoors tucked amongst the cliffs surrounded by trees, red rock, and an energy of peaceful surrender.
Springdale is a 2 1/2 hr drive from Las Vegas International Airport.

THURSDAY- Building Community 
-Explore the Greater Zion area and meet with our local partners. Use this day to build and support our local community partners that offer excursions and adventures all around Southern Utah.  Whether it's wanting to learn more about the area, joining them for their morning sunrise yoga class, booking a Canyoneering experience, renting an E-bike or getting your gear for exploring The Narrows-our local business friends have all the knowledge and gear you need!  More details to come... 
FRIDAY- Immersions
-Zion Yoga and Wellness Festival Immersions are workshop experiences that are about 2 hours long.  You get more individual, one-on-one time, with the instructor and dive deeper into one topic with the focus on education and growth of the subject material.  Immersion day will consist of an afternoon session with 6-8 different Immersions offered with continuing education credit available.
-Festival event in the evening.
SATURDAY- Festival Schedule Day
-Zion Yoga and Wellness Festival Days start with a sunrise Opening Ceremony in the morning followed by a full festival schedule with 3-4 different classes/experiences offered at a time.  Each class block is full of variety and has a yoga asana offering, a lecture, meditative/relaxing class, or a workshop all involved around yoga, mindfulness, wellness, connection, and healing.  That means you can pace yourself and attend the offerings that speak most to your soul and will invite vitality and life instead of wear you down.  You could attend the entire weekend without every doing a downward facing dog.
-The evening ends with a big communal event of mindfulness, music, and movement.
SUNDAY CLOSING DAY- Festival Schedule Day
-Start with an all-festival sunrise class in the morning followed by a full festival schedule with 3-4 different classes/experiences offered at a time.  Sunday's focus will be intentional on continuing the connection and healing inward energy from the day before with offerings reflecting the deep mindful work of true connection to self, internalization of the experiences you've had so far, and the impact you have on the collective human experience when you radiate light, healing, and peace from within.  Offerings will include more breathwork, sound healing, meditations, slow mindful-moving yoga classes, and intentional lectures.
-Close off your transformative weekend in the afternoon with an all-festival closing ceremony to solidify and focus on internalizing all that you've learned and experienced over the weekend.  So you leave a calm, peaceful, connected soul.
